It took place on April 20, 2024, at the Palms Casino Resort in Paradise, Nevada. It was the sixth event under the Rebellion chronology. Eleven matches were contested at the event, including three on the pre-show. In the main event, Moose faced off against Nic Nemeth for the TNA World Championship.
